The common trend these days seems to be all sorts of ridiculous reality shows. What if,
back in the Sixties, this had been a trend as well? Surely there would have been plenty of people, assuming a world-over broadcast
had been plausible, who would have loved to have seen a Beatles reality show. ;)
What could a show like this have entailed?
Well, here is That Magic Feeling's (not to be taken seriously ;)) take on...
The Beatlemania Era
The U.S. Edition
Here they are now, The Beatles, arriving! As you can see, they have exited the plane
and are waving at their fans.

Just look at the reactions of the fans! They're frenzied and hysterical!

Ah - The Beatles meet the press. They really are quick-witted! Some samplings of their
answers:
Q: Will you sing us someting? John: No, we need money first.

--
They are in their cars on the way to their hotel. Let's eavesdrop...
Ringo: "So this is America. They all seem out of their minds."
--
Will you look at the crowds infront of the Plaza Hotel! Oh, they're screaming, which can
only mean one thing: The Beatles have pulled up!
--
Here we have the band in their hotel room. Hmmm, they look a bit exhausted. But that doesn't
matter, let's listen in on their conversation again, greedy, celebrity-obsessed and willing to watch any reality show
public that we are... oh, sorry, that slipped out by accident. Can we cut that out of the broadcasted edition?
Erm. Anyway.
--
A new day, and new tasks for The Beatles: press conferences with the same old boring questions,
interviews, photo opportunities, being barraged with autograph requests, concerts, television appearances - where do they
get the time to sleep and write their songs? We would have presented you with images of the masters at work, composing, but
we couldn't put that into our schedule, what with us having to show their every move that's only partially related to music....
--
And now, it's time for The Beatles to fly on back to England. London awaits them, and who
knows, maybe you'll soon get to see an English edition of this show! Stay tuned!
